President Viktor Yanukovych has congratulated President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on the 20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the countries.
“On behalf of the people of Ukraine and me personally, please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Tajikistan,” reads a message posted on the official website of the head of state. Yanukovych noted that Ukraine and Tajikistan have greatly expanded and deepened mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation and reached a high level of cooperation within international organizations.
